Advice, not a help desk
I do not answer the support line or do the hands-on work. The one area where I build is AI pilots: I build and test them, hand them to your IT provider or the vendor to run, and oversee them. Your IT provider does the rest. I make sure they are the right provider, that they know what to do, and that they do it.
